Please note this is a pre letting application form. If your application is approved we will contact you to arrange for you to view the apartments where by you will be able to select the apartment you wish to rent. We will then do a final processing of your application and we will send you an sms with the bank details for you to pay your deposit

Once you have submitted your online application we will contact you to arrange an exclusive viewing. Viewings will start from July 2016 and occupation of phase 1 apartments will be from 1 September 2016. You will then be able to proceed to chose the apartment you wish to rent. Please note you will still need to complete a final application to rent form and submit your documents to us before receiving final approval
